Returns & complaints policy
At KnitKnotBaggs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return your item or file a complaint, please read our return and complaint terms below.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your item. If you wish to return an item, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The return must take place no later than 14 days after receipt.
How to return an item:
1. Contact us at Knitknotbaggs.dk and provide your order number along with the reason for the return.
2. You will receive instructions on how to return the item.
3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transport.
4. Send the package to the address we provide you.
5. Once we receive and approve the return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.
The customer covers the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend sending the package with tracking for your own security.
Complaints
If you receive a defective or faulty item, you have a 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law.
How to file a complaint:
1. Send an email to Knitknotbaggs.dk with a description of the issue and photos of the defect.
2. We will assess the complaint and get back to you as soon as possible.
3. If the complaint is approved, we offer either:
- Repair of the item
- Replacement with a new item
- A refund of the purchase price
We cover return shipping costs in the case of a valid complaint.
Reservations
- Small variations in color and texture may occur as our products are handmade. This is not considered a defect.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of maintenance.
